County Parks

Description: Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation offers a number of convenient, well-maintained, scenic picnic and ramada locations for your enjoyment. Enjoy these resources by having your next picnic or gathering at one of our many outdoor sites.

Marana Parks

Description: There are a variety of parks located around Marana. Each park has its own options ranging from ramadas, grills, playgrounds, and fields available to reserve.

Details: If you're going to have beer or wine for the grownups, you have to get a permit at Marana Parks and Recreation Administration Office. It'll cost you $25. You can reserve your ramada online. 

You are allowed to have a jumping castle, but you must use one of the approved vendors. Click here to find one.

Tucson Botanical Gardens

Description:Tucson Botanical Gardens is a five-and-a-half-acre collection of sixteen residential scaled urban gardens in Tucson, ArizonaUnited States. Paths connect these gardens, which include a Zen Garden, a Prehistoric Garden, a Barrio Garden, a Butterfly Garden, a Xeriscape Garden, and a Children’s Garden.

Package Details: Two hours in the Pavillion, two six foot tables with plastic covering, 16 folding chairs, plastic cups, plates, forks and napkins, free admission to the gardens for party attendees, 10 percent discount in the gift shop the day of the party and set up and break down of the event area. Bring your own food and cake. 

For an additional $50 you can add on the Butterfly Experience, where the kids will be able to get a behind the scenes tour of the Butterfly Magic Exhibit. The birthday child might be able to help release the butterflies.

The Tucson Racquet & Fitness Club

Description: A great atmosphere under one of their ramadas & use of their pools, for parents and children alike to enjoy a hassle free event.

Cost: Ramada rental at the club is $70 or $35 for members.

Tucson Village Farm

Description: Tucson Village Farm (TVF) is a working urban farm built by and for the youth of our community. A program of the Pima County Cooperative Extension and the University of Arizona, TVF is a seed-to-table program designed to reconnect young people to a healthy food system, teach them how to grow and prepare fresh food, and empower them to make healthy life choices. To accomplish this, Tucson Village Farm offers year-round, instructional, hands-on programs for youth of all ages. We target urban youth from all ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.

Package Details: Parties are usually booked on Saturdays for 2 hours, but the farm is willing to work with families on that.
The first hour is dedicated to activities such as games, painting and planting pots and garden tours with snacks.
The second hour is reserved for opening presents and cake and ice cream.
